1. Acceptance of Terms & Player Eligibility

By accessing the Betting 99 website, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Betting 99 platform.

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on Betting 99. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Betting 99 takes its age verification responsibilities seriously and will request documentation to verify a player's age at any point during the lifecycle of an account. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned in accordance with these terms.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

Betting 99 is operated as a platform primarily serving Pakistani players. By registering, you confirm that accessing and using the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are not using the platform in breach of any law applicable to you. It is your personal responsibility to ensure you are legally permitted to use online gaming and betting services in your location.

1.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on Betting 99 only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If a player is found to have registered more than one account — whether using the same details or different ones — all accounts will be suspended and balances may be confiscated pending review.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Creating a Betting 99 account is free. During registration you will be asked to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a password. You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is truthful and up to date at all times.

2.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Betting 99 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Betting 99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. 2.2 KYC Verification

Know Your Customer (KYC) verification may be required before your first withdrawal or at any point when requested by the Betting 99 compliance team. 3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All financial transactions on Betting 99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards for both deposits and withdrawals.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are credited instantly to your Betting 99 wallet.
• IBFT bank transfers are typically credited within 1–3 business hours on working days.
• Card deposits are subject to standard bank processing times.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes in standard cases.
• Bank transfers via IBFT are processed within the same business day if requested before 5:00 PM PKT.
• All withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of any active wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.

3.3 Failed Transactions

If a deposit is deducted from your payment method but does not appear in your Betting 99 wallet within 30 minutes, contact our support team immediately with the transaction reference number. Betting 99 will investigate and credit the amount within 24 hours if the payment is confirmed received on our end.

4. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

From time to time, Betting 99 offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of Rs 10,000. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum bonus deposit amount stated in the promotion. The welcome bonus is available once per customer, household, IP address and payment method.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds on Betting 99 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a Rs 1,000 bonus, you must wager Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited; after this period, any unconverted bonus balance will expire.

4.3 Qualifying Bets for Wagering

• Sports bets must have minimum odds of 1.50 to count toward wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette) contribute 10% of each bet toward wagering.
• Slots and crash games contribute 100% toward wagering.
• Ludo game entry fees contribute 50% toward wagering requirements.
• Fishing game bets contribute 100% toward wagering.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Betting 99 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, matched betting using platform bonuses in a way designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or making bets that hedge against each other using bonus funds. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made by the Betting 99 compliance team and are final.

5. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Betting 99 are subject to the following rules. More detailed market-specific rules are displayed alongside individual markets in the sportsbook.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Betting 99 reserves the right to limit maximum bet sizes on any market at any time. In cases of obvious odds errors — where the published odds significantly deviate from the true market price due to a technical fault — Betting 99 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake, regardless of the outcome.

5.2 In-Play (Live) Betting

Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the time your bet is confirmed by the system. Because live odds move rapidly in response to match events, there may be a short delay between your bet request and confirmation — during this delay, the odds may change. You will be notified if the odds have moved and given the option to accept the new price or decline. Betting 99 is not responsible for connectivity issues that prevent timely bet placement.

5.3 Abandoned & Cancelled Matches

• If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket matches affected by weather, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (D/L) result is used for settlement where an official D/L result is declared.
• For matches abandoned mid-game without a D/L result, markets where insufficient play occurred will be voided and stakes returned.
• Match Winner markets for T20 and ODI cricket are settled on the official result including Super Overs.

5.4 Accumulator Bets

If one or more legs of an accumulator are voided (e.g., due to a cancelled match), the accumulator is recalculated without the voided selection. The remaining selections are settled as normal, and the potential return is adjusted accordingly. A single-leg accumulator that has a void selection becomes a settled single at the remaining odds.

5.5 PSL & Cricket Markets

Betting 99 offers comprehensive Pakistan Super League and international cricket markets. All PSL markets are settled based on the official PSL scorecards. Player-specific markets (top run scorer, top wicket taker) are settled on players who actually participate in the game; if a named player does not bat or bowl in the innings specified, the market is settled as a loss (the market was available to bet because they were in the playing XI as announced).

6. Casino & Games Rules

The following rules apply to all casino and gaming products on Betting 99, including Live Casino, Aviator, Crash Games, Roulette, Fishing Games, and Ludo Games.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All game outcomes on Betting 99 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. Betting 99 does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes. If you believe a game has malfunctioned, stop playing and contact support immediately.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that interrupts a game in progress, Betting 99 will attempt to settle the round based on the last confirmed game state. Where this is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to the player's wallet. Betting 99 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.3 Live Casino

Live Casino games are operated in real time with human dealers. Bets placed after the "no more bets" announcement by the dealer are void, and stakes returned. Betting 99 uses live streaming technology from certified providers. Occasional connection delays can occur and are outside the platform's control.

6.4 Ludo Games

Ludo Games involve real-money prize pools funded by player entry fees. All players in a Ludo room are real registered users of Betting 99. Dice outcomes are RNG-generated. If a player disconnects during a Ludo game and fails to reconnect within the grace period, their remaining moves are completed automatically. 6.5 Aviator & Crash Games

Crash games, including Aviator, require players to cash out before the multiplier crashes. The crash point is determined by a certified RNG. The minimum cash-out threshold and auto-cashout settings are clearly displayed before each round. Betting 99 is not responsible for auto-cashout features failing due to connectivity issues on the player's device.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Self-Exclusion

Any player may request a self-exclusion from Betting 99 at any time. Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent are available. 7.2 Deposit & Loss Limits

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betting 99. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and the matter referred for investigation.

• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity to register or verify an account.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games on Betting 99.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in Ludo or any multiplayer format.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or bugs for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error must be reported and will be voided.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform for any form of money laundering.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of live casino games through interaction with dealers or other technical means.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour toward Betting 99 support staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal under local law.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, Betting 99 reserves the right to void all associated bets and winnings, suspend the account, withhold balances pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

Betting 99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, subject to the following conditions.

9.1 Suspension by Betting 99

Accounts may be suspended for investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC, or any activity that the Betting 99 compliance team deems suspicious. During suspension, the player will be notified by email and no withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is complete.

9.2 Closure by Player

Any player may request to close their Betting 99 account at any time by contacting support@betting99.biz. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's last verified payment method within 5 business days.

9.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. Betting 99 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will have a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 applied until either the player logs back in or the balance reaches zero, at which point the account is archived.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal data is processed by Betting 99 in accordance with our full Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on Betting 99, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

All content on the Betting 99 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, graphics, icons, data feeds and odds data — is the intellectual property of Betting 99 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Betting 99 platform or its content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of Betting 99's intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

12. Amendments, Governing Law & Contact

12.1 Amendments to Terms

Betting 99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the platform. Continued use of Betting 99 after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend checking this page periodically. 12.2 Governing Law & Disputes
